Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as SZ PUB HUB.

At SZ Pub Hub, we value customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under these conditions:

  • Project has not yet started.

  • Significant delay caused by our team without prior communication.

  • Service delivered is completely different from what was agreed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once a project is in progress (initial drafts, concepts, or previews shared).

  • If dissatisfaction is due to personal preference after agreed requirements were met.

  • For missed deadlines caused by incomplete client information.

  • Completed and delivered projects.

3. Partial Refunds

  • If work has started but not completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting costs for time and resources spent.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if work has already begun.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
