Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.
Once services (editing, formatting, design, publishing) have started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the work completed.
Full Refund: If the project has not yet started.
Partial Refund: If work has begun but is incomplete. The refund will be adjusted based on the percentage of work completed.
No Refund: After final files, designs, or published versions have been delivered.
Custom book cover designs once finalized.
Completed editing or formatting work.
ISBN purchase or publishing setup fees (once processed).
Clients can request project cancellation anytime. Refunds will depend on the stage of service delivery.
If we fail to deliver services within the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may request a refund or credit toward future services.
