Refund POlicy

At SZ Pub Hub, we value our customers and strive to deliver quality services. However, since our work is service-based and requires time investment, our refund policies are as follows:

1. General Refund Rules

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.

  • Once services (editing, formatting, design, publishing) have started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If the project has not yet started.

  • Partial Refund: If work has begun but is incomplete. The refund will be adjusted based on the percentage of work completed.

  • No Refund: After final files, designs, or published versions have been delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom book cover designs once finalized.

  • Completed editing or formatting work.

  • ISBN purchase or publishing setup fees (once processed).

4. Cancellations

  • Clients can request project cancellation anytime. Refunds will depend on the stage of service delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If we fail to deliver services within the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may request a refund or credit toward future services.
